illbruck TP652
TP652 is a multi-functional, open-cell, flexible polyurethane foam impregnated with flame-retardant modified synthetic resin used to provide a weathertight seal for window and door joints while also providing thermal insulation across the entire depth of the perimeter gap. Newly developed inner step band results in greater interior compression to meet demands in Passive Housing.
Standard sizes: Joint width 6-30mm. Other sizes available on request.
Select the tape dimensions according to the table on the technical data sheet after determining the window frame depth and joint width. The tape should fill the window construction depth as far as possible. For technical and/or aesthetic reasons, the next lowest tape width respective to the window frame width should be selected.
